SERAPH D8-C

Auf dem Platz von nur einer Slotblechbreite bietet die Seraph D8-C den Anschluss für 32 Audiokanäle. Die AES/EBU Ein- und Ausgänge 1 bis 4 sowie ein Wordclock Eingang befinden sich auf der Hauptplatine. Die Anschlüsse 5 bis 8 hingegen sind als D-Sub Stecker ohne weitere aktive Elektronik ausgeführt. Somit kann dieser getrennt von der Hauptplatine frei im Computergehäuse platziert werden oder mit dem Slotblech einen beliebigen Platz neben anderen PCIe Komponenten einnehmen.

Höchste Audioqualität

Die Seraph D8-C ist der elegante Partner bei der rein digitale Signalverarbeitung vieler AES/EBU Signale. HD Audioqualität mit 24 Bit und Sampleauflösungen bis zu 192 kHz garantieren einen unverfälschten Klang. Für ein flexibles Clock-Management bei gleichzeitig vollem Dynamikumfang von 144 dB sorgen hoch-qualitative Sampleratenkonverter.

Switchable Samplerate Converter (SRC)

The SRCs, which can be switched on via software, allow any digital input signal to be fed into the sound system regardless of samplerate and clock settings. Thus, even without separate synchronization lines, any digital devices may be connected effortlessly.

Realtime Mixing and EQ

Each input signal of the sound system can appear on up to 8 mix sums and be played back via any number of outputs without delay. The BEAST Mixer also adds playback signals from any DAW latency-free. Inside the hardware and for each signal, sonic processing is available with up to 4 parametric EQs.

Expansion Options

If several Seraph are installed in a computer, they are synchronized via the TDM SyncBus and appear as a combined sound system to an ASIO application. In the Beast Mixer, up to 8 audio signals can be exchanged with other Seraph or Clara sound systems and thus be integrated for the use with ASIO.
